Empowered To Connect Conference
Empowered to Connect is designed to equip you to bring hope & healing to foster and adopted children. Family Life Services Adoption Agency is hosting the live simulcast of the Empowered To Connect Conference at the Liberty Mountain Conference Center (Lynchburg, VA) which will be FREE for all attendees because of a grant provided by the Greater Lynchburg Community Trust. Developed by the late Dr. Karyn Purvis & Dr. David Cross (TCU Institute of Child Development), this conference is ideal for adoptive and foster parents, extended family members, childcare providers, those considering adoption or foster care and those who are serving and supporting others, including social workers, agency professionals, church staff and ministry leaders, counselors, therapists and all others involved in adoption and foster care ministries or services.
